  • Google reCAPTCHA v3 — used to protect our contact form from automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — used to send transactional emails when you submit our contact form. Your name and email address are used solely to deliver the confirmation email.
  • Firebase (Google) — our website and contact form are hosted and processed via Firebase. Form submissions are stored securely in Firebase and accessed only by Adomas Solutions staff.
  • Google Analytics — we may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website. This data is aggregated and anonymised where possible.

5. Storage and security

Your personal information is stored securely using Firebase, a Google Cloud platform. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

We retain your contact form submissions for a reasonable period to respond to your enquiry and will delete them when no longer required.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We will only disclose your information where required by law or with your consent.
